de, aslında futbolu tam olarak
tanımlayacak olan kelime, re-
kabettir. Günümüzde artık fut-
bol, çok ciddi bir rekabet ala-
nı haline gelmiştir. Bunun se-
bebi de futbolun özellikle bir
endüstri haline gelmiş olma-
sıdır. Futbol gerçekten çok ca-
zip bir alan. Gayet doğal ola-
rak herkes bu alanda bulun-
mak istiyor. O açıdan işte bazı
mevzuat düzenlemeleri oldu-
ğunda veya bazı yeni kurallar
getirilmeye kalkıldığında, işte
kulüplere yönetici bulama-
yız gibi laflar söyleniyor. Ben
bunu asla kabul etmiyorum.
Futbol her zaman yönetici
bulur, en az yaşayacağı sıkıntı
da budur. Ancak problem, bu-
nun kalitesini artırmaya yöne-
lik çalışmalar yapabilmektir”

Yaşar da statlardaki karabor-
sa bilet olayıyla ilgili değer-
lendirmesinde şu görüşlere
yer verdi:
“Karaborsayı önlemenin tek
çaresi nama yazılı bilettir,
elektronik bilet değil. Mesela
Polonya’da nama yazılıdır ve
bileti aldığınız zaman kağıt bi-
lettir ama fotoğrafınız yapış-
tırılır. Sistemde varsa, sistem-
deki fotoğraf yapıştırılır. İlk
defa alıyorsanız web kamerası
ile çekerler, yapıştırırlar. Yani
elektronik bilet öyle mucize-
vi bir şey değil. Ve bunu önle-

violence in football in his
speech said: “We must spec-
ify this at the outset: Without
a correct diagnosis, there is
no cure... In reality, ‘competi-
tion’ is the only word that ful-
ly defines football, no matter
how we may like to say, and it
is true in a way, that football
is brotherhood, friendship and
means to bring people togeth-
er. Today, football has turned
into a seriously competitive
domain and the reason for
that is that it has turned par-
ticularly into an industry. It is
a very attractive domain, and
naturally, everybody wants to
be in there. People say such
things as; if and when some
new rules and regulations
are introduced, we shall not
be able to find new adminis-
trators for the clubs. I do not
agree with this. Football shall
always find new administra-
tors. That’s the least hardship
it will face. However, the prob-
lem still lies with the abili-
ty to make studies to increase
their quality.”

pressed his opinions on the is-
sue of the ticket black market-
ing around stadia:
“The only remedy to black
marketing is the registered
ticket, not electronic. For ex-
ample, in Poland, it is a
