Sporda şiddetin dozajının arttığına ilişkin örneklere sıkça tanık olduğumuz günümüzde,
bu soruna çare bulmaya yönelik çeşitli uygulamalar ve kanuni yaptırımlar sporun çeşitli
aktivistleri tarafından masaya yatırılıyor. TMOK Spor Hukuku Komisyonu’nun da İstanbul
Barosu ile birlikte Olimpiyatevi’nde düzenlediği panelde ‘6222 Sayılı Kanun’un Uygulama
Sorunları ve Çözüm Yolları’ konuşuldu.
With the frequent incidents indicating the increase at the level of violence in sports we are
witnessing nowadays, various applications and legal sanctions to remedy the problematic situation
are investigated by various activists in sports. The implementation problems regarding the Law No.
6222 and their solutions were discussed in a panel held at the Olympic House, organized by the
Sports Law Commission of the NOC of Turkey in cooperation with İstanbul Bar Association.
