“Dopingle mücadelenin
amacının sporcuları yakalayıp onla-
ra ceza vermek değil, temiz sporcu-
ların haklarını korumak, sporcula-
rın bu maddelerden zarar görmesi-
ni engellemek ve özellikle de 18 yaş
altındaki çocuk sporcuların yasak-
lı maddelere başlamasını önlemek-
tir”
dedi.
Av. Mehmet Yoğurtçuoğlu da hak
mahrumiyeti süreleri ile doping ce-
zası alan sporcuların spora geri dö-
nüş sürecine ne zaman dahil olma-
sı gerektiği hakkında bilgiler aktar-
dı. Yoğurtçuoğlu, sporcuların erken
başvuru yapmaları halinde spora
geri dönüşlerini hızlandırarak ceza
süresi biter bitmez antrenmanla-
ra ve müsabakalara başlayabilece-
ğini söyledi.

eligibility, how and when the
