Başkanı Prof.Dr. Uğur Erdener,
Samsung Boğaziçi Kıtalararası
Yarışı’na TMOK olarak bü-
yük önem verdiklerini belir-
terek,
“Dünyanın başka hiçbir
noktasında yaşanmayacak öz-
gün bir deneyim olan Boğaziçi
Kıtalararası Yüzme Yarışı’nı ulu-
sal ve uluslararası medyanın
odaklandığı bir platformda kitle-
sel bir etkinlik olarak gerçekleş-
tirmekteyiz. Önceki dokuz yılda
olduğu gibi bu kez de ana spon-
sorluğumuzu üstlenen Samsung
Electronics, geleneksel orga-
nizasyonumuza bundan böyle
‘Samsung Boğaziçi Kıtalararası
Yüzme Yarışı’ olarak adını da ve-
riyor. Güzel İstanbul’un tanıtı-
mına önemli katkı sağladığı-
na inandığımız Boğaziçi’ndeki bu
eşsiz yüzme etkinliğine bugüne
kadar olduğu gibi bundan sonra
da güçlü desteğini sürdürecek
olan Samsung Electronics
firmasına ve onun değerli
Türkiye Başkanı Sayın Yoonie
Joung’a, organizasyona des-
tek olan diğer sponsorlara,
kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına,
sivil toplum örgütlerine, med-

Başkanı Yoonie Joung ise
Türkçe yaptığı konuşmasında
şu görüşlere yer verdi:
Swimming Races are a very sig-
nificant event for the Turkish
Olympic Committee. This is a
unique race that cannot be or-
ganised anywhere else on earth;
a place which is the focus of both
the national and international me-
dia. This year will be the 26
th
race;
and each year the race is grow-
ing. As a result of our cooperation
with Samsung Electronics, which
has been the main sponsor of our
event for the last nine years, the
race will be named the “Samsung
Bosphorus Cross-Continental
Swimming Race”
for the next
three years. I believe that this
event is a great way to pro-
mote İstanbul, and I express
my sincere thanks to Samsung
Electronics and its esteemed
President in Turkey, Mr Yoonie
Joung, for continuing to support
this unique event, as well as the
other sponsors, NGOs, media,
volunteers and my colleagues in
support of this organization.”
In his speech delivered in Turkish,
the President of Samsung
Electronics Turkey, Yoonie Joung,
said: “
