TMOK Başkanı, IOC ve WADA Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi Prof. Dr. Uğur Erdener’i makamında kabul eden Gençlik
ve Spor Bakanı Çağatay Kılıç, Türk sporuyla ilgili çeşitli konularda görüş alışverişinde bulundu. Doping
konusunun da ele alındığı toplantı sonrası Başkan Erdener, ülkemizde dopingle mücadele çalışmalarının
son dönemde çok ciddi şekilde yürütülmekte olduğunu ve Türkiye’nin artık doping yasaklılarının bol olduğu
ülkeler grubunda yer almadığını söyledi.
Minister of Youth and Sports Hon. Akif Çağatay Kılıç held a meeting in his offices with Prof. Dr. Uğur Erdener,
Turkish Olympic Committee (TOC) President, member of Executive Boards of the IOC and WADA, where views
on Turkish sports were exchanged. Following the meeting where doping issues were on the table, President
Erdener said that thanks to the recent serious activities regarding fight against doping in our country, Turkey is
no longer among the countries where there is an abundance of banned dopers.
