Sunumlarımda, Louis Pasteur’un çok sevdiğim sözü
sekiz yıldan bu yana yol göstericim oldu:
“Bir çocukla uğraşırken iki duygu içinde ol; çocuk olduğu için sevgi,

Louis Pasteur’s quote “When I approach a child, he inspires in me two sentiments; tenderness for what he is,
and respect for what he may become” has been my guide in my presentations during last eight years.

yılında başladı-
ğımız, çocukla-
rımızın ve gençlerimizin spor
yoluyla bedensel, duygusal, zi-
hinsel ve sosyal yönden sağ-
lıklı gelişmelerine katkıda bu-
lunmak ve onları kötü alışkan-
lıklardan uzak tutmak amacıy-
la düzenlediğimiz eğitim proje-
mize çevre bilinci, dengeli bes-
lenme ve fair-play konuları-
nı da ekledik. Genç nesillerin
erken yaşlarda spor kültürü-
ne sahip olmaları için ‘Oli Spor
Kültürü ve Olimpik Eğitim’ pro-
jemiz büyük bir adımdır.
17 Şubat 2006 yılından bu yana
yaptığımız sunumlarla ülkemizin
birçok ilini dolaştık. 2007 yılında
projemizle Gökçe Karataş Vakfı
tarafından ‘Yılın Eğitimde Hizmet
Ödülü’ne layık görüldük ve ödü-
lümüzü 9. Cumhurbaşkanımız
Sayın Süleyman Demirel’in elin-
den aldık. Projemiz Uluslararası
Olimpiyat Komitesi (IOC) tara-
fından spor kültürü ve Olimpik
eğitim alanında dünyanın en iyi
17 projesi arasına dahil edildi.
İnteraktif eğitim projesi kapsa-
mında örnek gösterilen tek proje
olarak yerini aldı.

e incorporated the themes
of environmental aware-
ness, balanced diet and fair-
play into our Sports Culture
and Olympic Education Project,
which we have been implement-
ing since 2006 for the purpose of
keeping our children away from
bad habits and contributing to
their healthy development bodi-
ly, emotionally, mentally and so-
cially through sports. Our project
‘Oli: Sports Culture and Olympic
Education’ is a giant step towards
young generations to acquire
sports culture at very early ages.
We have been visiting and mak-
ing presentations in many of
the provinces of Turkey since
17 February 2006. In 2007,
our Project has been deemed
worthy of the Gökçe Karataş
Foundation’s ‘Educational
Services Award of the Year’,
which had been presented by
Hon. Süleyman Demirel, the

President of the Republic of
Turkey. The Project has been in-
cluded among the best 17 pro-
jects in the world on sports cul-
ture and Olympic education by
International Olympic Committee
