2013 tarihleri arasında ger-
çekleşen kursta Gürcistan’dan
getirtilen uzman antrenör
Vladimir Golovin görev yap-
tı. Kursta, trampolin cimnastik
sporcu seçimi kriterleri, tram-
polin cimnastikte ısınma, kuv-
vet çalışması prensipleri, te-
mel akrobatik hareketler, ak-
robatik bantta temel çalışma-
lar ve yardım şekilleri, tram-
polin çalışmaları, trampolin-
de yardım ve güvenlik, tram-
polin temel çalışmaları, tram-
polin akrobasiler, twist basa-
maklaması ve yardım, burgular
temel eğitim konuları işlendi.
TMOK, teknik kurs kapsamın-
da tüm masraflar için Türkiye
Cimnastik Federasyonu’na fi-
nansal destek sağladı.

Kurs Desteği
TMOK’un ‘Antrenör Destek
Programı’ kapsamında, Türkiye
Kızak Federasyonu işbirliği
ile ‘Artificial Luge’ branşında
Türkiye’ye gelen Letonyalı uz-
man antrenör Ivars Deinis 1-16
Kasım 2013 tarihleri arasın-
da teknik kurs düzenledi. Üç
aşamadan oluşan organizas-
yonda antrenörlerimiz, Ivars
Deinis ile birlikte 1-4 Kasım
tarihleri arasında Erzurum
Palandöken’de yapılan tek-
nik ve pratik kursu takiben,
6-10 Kasım’da Almanya’nın
Altenberg kentinde, 11-
16 Kasım’da Avusturya’nın
Inssbruck kentinde uygulama-
lı teknik kursa katıldılar. TMOK
bu çerçevede Türkiye Kızak
Federasyonu’nun tüm masraf-
larını karşıladı.

Technical Course
Support to Luge Trainers
A technical course in in
‘Artificial Luge’ was given by
Latvian coach Ivars Deinis on
1-16 November 2013, with-
in the framework of ‘Trainers
Support Programme’ of the
NOC of Turkey, in collabo-
ration with the Turkish Luge
Federation. Our trainers, to-
gether with Ivars Deinis par-
ticipated at the Couse applied
in three phases; the technical
and practical course given on
1-4 November in Palandöken,
Erzurum and technical cours-
es held on 6-10 November in
Altenberg, Germany and on
11-16 November in Innsbruck,
Austria. NOC of Turkey funded
the Turkish Luge Federation’s
expenses for the course.
Triathlon Trainers
Seminar
Within the frame of ‘Trainers
Development Programme’
the NOC of Turkey assisted
triathlon as well. Italian ex-
pert trainer Andrea Gabba
organized a new ‘Triathlon
Seminar’ on 9 November
2013 in Istanbul where is-
sues like ‘Development
of Triathlon in Turkey’,
‘Olympic Goals in Triathlon’,
‘Development of Ironman in
Turkey’, ‘Differences Between
